"Best muffins ever! I always 1/2 the recipe and it makes a dozen regular sized muffins and six mini muffins. The only problem I have with the recipe as written is that I never, ever fill muffin cups all the way to the top...filling them 3/4 full is perfect (in this case I just use a 1/4 measuring cup full for each muffin).
