Reviewed Gnocchi with Prosciutto, Spring Peas, and Chanterelles

We love gnocchi, but needed a new sauce to go with them for a change of pace. Saw this show and tried this recipe. I had to use frozen baby peas because fresh were not available. Also "cheated" and used premade packaged gnocchi. This sauce was amazing and a big hit with my husband! Will definately be making this again and will try her gnocchi ...
