I go to this recipe when I forget what's in it. I always leave out the cardamon and use less ginger than this recipe calls for. The longer this recipe marinates the better it is. I only use the Manichetivich (sp) wine, which doesn't disappoint. It tastes like what I remember as a child."

Made the recipe last night, put the chicken on a rack in the roasting pan and placed the stuffer on top of the veggies. Followed the directions.
