Great job, Ina. I really liked the overall taste of the dish!!!!
But 3/4 cup soy sauce made the chicken WAY too salty. I would actually cut down the amount of soy sauce and add a bit of water to further dilute it, which would mean adjusting the amount of honey as well... But I would definitely try making this again.""

I saw this recipe on TV and decided to make it that night. My family absolutely LOVED this recipe! The acidity from the lemon juice cuts the richness of the cheese, creating such a wonderful balance. Simple and easy to make in no time but incredibly satisfying clean combination of flavors. I also like that ricotta salata isn't too salty.""
