Reviewed Basic Italian Bread

The bread was great! I think the 1/3 cup of cake yeast is incorrect. I looked up a conversion chart on the yeast and used 2 1/4 tsp of active dry yeast instead. I'm pretty sure it is not 1/3 cup of cake yeast but more likely to be 1/3 package of the 1.75 ounce. "
