STOP IT!!!!!! I thought I already had a delicious mac and cheese recipe but this is beyond. I made it with shells and that was a good call because it makes it feel like a substantial meal and not just like you're eating Kraft mac and cheese for dinner in a pinch. Probably tripled the amount of cayenne because I don't enjoy my food unless I'm sweat"

This was a really good recipe. I doubled the sauce and put it over pasta. The arugula really doesn't need any oil on it if you're trying to cut calories. I ended up mixing it in with the pasta and chicken once it was on my plate. Also, the store didn't have white wine vinegar so I used white vinegar and it was fine. I'll make this again."
