Would definitely make this again! It's more of a pumpkin mousse pie. Creamy and light. When I make it again, I will use less whipped topping than the recipe calls for, it dulled the pumpkin flavor quite a bit. You could use homemade whipped cream if you don't like "cool whip". Overall a great recipe!""
