"i dont like chikcen but my husband does, so i have to cook it. this was the perfect sauce to add some actual taste to bland chicken meat and added some spice too.

"he normally hates meatloaf but i served this up and he said it was great.
the sauce has a nice bite to it and the meat was tender. The only problem was is it didnt carve well and fell to pieces. i think i need to let it cool down a bit first before serving.
