Reviewed Carnitas Tacos with Spicy Slaw

"This was so good. For the Chili Lime seasoning- I used a Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime flavor that I found in the spice asile and for the Chipolte sauce, Tabasco makes one that is sold next to the traditional tabasco. WoW! That spicy slaw is awesome. Would be good as a side dish on its own!

Reviewed Lima Bean Soup with Parmesan Bacon Crisp

"Needs plenty of salt. Wish it had more flavor- I even added bacon and parmesan cheese. Perhaps half of the chicken broth replaced with cream or half and half would be tasty. If I ever make this again that is what I will do.

Reviewed Sweet Black Cherry Crisp

"As suggested on the show- I made this healthier by using 1/2 splenda and 1/2 sugar for the cherries and used Splenda Brown sugar blend for the crust. The cherries were wonderful but I thought the recipe lacked flavor. I would make this again if I was in a huge bind and needed something low cal. Otherwise, I think I would pass.
