Reviewed Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze

This is my second favorite way to eat salmon after grilling it on a cedar plank. I didn't have the whole-grain mustard, so I just substituted more Dijon, and it worked beautifully. I also don't always break out the food processor; sometimes I just mix the ingredients in a bowl and follow the rest of the recipe. I can't say I notice much of a diffe"
