Reviewed Cranberry-Orange Sauce
"We love this cranberry sauce! I have made this the last few years and never liked canned cranberries and love this. As usual I don't keep cinnamon sticks in the house so I just add some ground cinnamon and it always tastes wonderful. Just thought I would write a review this year as I am back to retrieve the recipe. Happy Thanksgiving"
Reviewed Pecan Pie
"This is my go to pecan pie recipe. My husband loves pecan pie and this is his absolute favorite recipe. The bourbon just adds so much depth to the flavor. I use store bought crust (marie callenders) and for the bourbon I use Jim Beam Red Stag it has a dark cherry flavor and is quite awesome in this pie. I have made this pie several times, alway""

Reviewed Banoffee Pie
"Turned out wonderful! I was worried how the toffee would turn out after all the reviews but it turned out great. I baked it in the oven at 350 for 2 1/2 hours and it was perfect. We ate it as soon as I got done constructing it and the pie stood up just fine in the pan, but did become loose when I served it but I think that is pretty common with any cream pie in a graham cracker crust (mine was store bought). Tried another piece later and it tasted even better after being in the fridge a few hours. I am definetely going to take this to my next family event.
Thanks Paula
Reviewed Mike's Deli Famous Eggplant Parmigiana
"Yumm!!! My family can't stop saying how good it is. This was my first time to make Eggplant Parmigana, it is one of my husbands favorite things to order at restaurants. I did use a full lb. of Mozz. and store bought bread crumbs and Newmann's marinara sauce. It tasted wonderful it fed my family of six and there is still a half of pan left so it cuts your cost in half getting two meals out of it. Plus after all the work I put in today all I have to do is throw it back in the oven tomorrow. Thanks Mike for sharing this wonderful recipe.
Reviewed Hearty Tomato Soup with Lemon and Rosemary
"My family loved this soup, even though I was trying to remember the recipe from the show without looking it up first, and I used thyme instead of rosemary oops! I also could not find creme fresh at my local small town grocer so I opted for a light sour cream it was a wonderful topper the lemon was so fragrant and yes I used the thyme again. I wouldn't think twice about using my thyme oops again. I do suggest that you use a handheld blender I couldn't find mine and got third degree burns from my stand blender when the boiling soup blew the top off. OOUUCH!! Overall it was delicious, easy, and quick meal to prepare for a cold fall day.
