The recipe is so easy to follow even for me who was baking any pie for the very first time. It was a great success that makes me look like a French baker! Just one alternation, instead of 1/2 cup of sugar, I only used 1/4 cup and it was sweet enough.

I watched the video then followed the recipe. Although the taste was great. However, after adding the last ingredient of the 1 cup of heavy cream as directed by the recipe, the filling became too watery. Should just add the cream as needed to make sure the consistency of the filling...

Time and time again it was a hit with my family and friends. I just used whatever cheese in hand with fresh spinach and still a wonder. The recipe is so easy my 11 year old son can master it and claiming it to be his.
