"WOW! The blue cheese on these little burgers Rock!! We didn't add the pork (didn't have any, but our deer had beef fat added during processing). However, I should have chopped the apples a little more finely. But it was splendid! Thanks Robert, this is a receipe that will be repeated!!

Reviewed Marinated Chicken Breasts

"OMG!! How tasty. This has to be one of the easiest chicken receipes I've made. We let the chicken marinate in the fridge for about 4 hours, and through it on the stove top. The grill wasn't avaliable so we used a cast iron grill on the stove, and it was AWESOME!! I only made enough for 4 people and we all had really wished I'd made more.

"We really liked this. Made it for dinner, but my husband packed up the leftovers for several breakfasts. We made ours in a cast iron skillet, and I forgot to thaw the veggies... nuked them for 2 mins and they turned out fine. Thanks for another fine meal Food Network!
