My Activity

Reviewed Brie and Onion Puff

"Since I wasn't serving a soup or salad at the beginning of Thanksgiving dinner, I decided on this dish as an appetizer. I made the caramelized onions 2 nights before so they were ready to use on Thanksgiving day. I used 2 small rounds of brie. Since I was serving 8 guests (including myself each person got an entire quarter of one brie round on their plate. It was so awesome (if I do say so myself and got rave reviews.

Reviewed Sauteed Green Beans with Garlic Chips

"This string bean recipe was a nice change. Be careful not to overcook your garlic because then it would taste bitter. Also 1/2 cup of cider vinegar was too much, I would cut back to 1/4 cup. These were really tasty the next day cold.
