Reviewed chicken piccata pasta toss

Jul 20, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This was very good. I am so happy it is quick and easy enough for a weeknight dinner! It takes the same amount of time to make the chicken and sauce as it takes to boil the water and cook the penne. Next time I make it, I won't put the parsley in until a bit later. I will also cook the chicken tenders whole and cut them afterward. The cut chicken...

I didn't make the pasta, but the sauce and meatballs were excellent. I normally fry meatballs for a couple of minutes on each side before letting them cook for a couple of hours in the sauce. I wanted to see if this was a good option for a quicker spaghetti and meatballs dinner, and I'm happy to say it was! The sauce was fantastic. Not acidic at all....

Really excellent! You know how when you have raisins that have been baked and they get hard and burned? That';s doesn';t happen with this recipe at all! They stay very tender and are perfect. The best oatmeal raisin cookies ever. They are best within a few days of baking. Makes a lot, but you will have no problem with them hanging around."

Best macaroni and cheese ever. People always request that I make this for BBQ side dish. I always add a little onion powder. I also use buttered panko breadcrumbs for the topping. I have made this exactly as written and have used all milk instead if cream, and both come out perfectly. Only downside is that it doesn';t really reheat all that w...

Great! Can';t believe how easy this was. I am used to having to cream the butter and sugar, then alternate flour and milk, etc., so this was kind of a leap of faith for me, and I';m so glad I tried it! Cake itself is very tender and the cake isn';t very sweet, but the glaze is. It is a little less dense than a regular pound cake. I ca...

So easy and so good! We love this because it takes hardly any time to prepare, makes plenty of leftovers, and is really inexpensive. I put that on the bottom rack of the oven and everything comes...

I made these cookies exactly as written. I've never baked with Cisco before, and I am not sure I will again. These did not bake nicely, and they didn't have any real flavor at all. The only thing they had going for them was the texture they had. Very delicate despite all the stuff that's it in. However, I couldn't taste any coconut, or pecan, or anything...
