Reviewed Caramel Apple Cheesecake Bars with Streusel Topping
"Crazy good. Looks impressive when you cut it into squares. I didn't do the caramel sauce because I thought it was plenty without it. If you do the crust in the food processor it's really fast to make too. "
Reviewed Chicken Tetrazzini
"This recipe is such a hit. Makes a lot, but also heats up well for lunch. Too rich for regular rotation, but one of those recipes to make for a special occasion and if you mention you're making it, people get pretty excited! I don't usually do substitutions, but I would be interested to see how this came out using lower fat dairy. Love it Giada!"
Reviewed Primavera Orzo
"I just rediscovered this recipe. Used to make it all the time years ago. I never have used the curry because I know that I am not a huge fan of it. I just omit it. This is a really great recipe. Sometimes if I'm in a pinch I'll just use a bag of frozen peas and carrots and no zucchini. Comes together extremely fast. I usually serve it as a main di"
Reviewed Almost-Famous Honey-Roasted Peanuts
"Well, I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I tried this, but at least I know I am in good company with this failure of a recipe. I had expected the coating to stick to the nuts, but the nuts were just swimming in syrup. But, I put them in the oven anyway. Luckily used my worst cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. About 5 minutes into the bak"
Reviewed Penne alla Vodka
"This is my go-to recipe when I need to make something super fast. It takes very little time to make but it tastes amazing! Not sure why others say the vodka taste is overwhelming. This is a huge hit with everyone who has tried it. Also reheats well for lunch the next day. Serve with garlic bread and a little salad and wait for your guests to tell "
Reviewed Italian Baked Chicken and Pastina
"This recipe is one of my favorites. Pretty easy to throw together and the leftovers are great for lunch. I use cavatappi for the pasta and usually use chicken tenders for the chicken because they are usually cheaper than chicken breast. I probably use more cheese and chicken than is called for. Very good recipe. "
Reviewed Weekday Cassoulet
"Love this recipe. I have made it with both boneless skinless chicken thighs and bone-in chicken thighs with skin. Both ways were very successful. It's not the quickest recipe to make but it is really worth it. Perfectly seasoned. My husband loves it too! "
