I've made this salsa a number of times and love it. I've used chicken or vegetable stock in place of water and it comes out great. If too watery for you, brown some ground pork in frying pan, pour salsa over it and reduce to your liking. Scoop into a warm tortilla and sprinkle with queso fresco (mild) or queso cotija (tangy) cheese . Hello!"
