Reviewed Low-Fat Clam Chowder

I thought this was delicious and very easy to make. Rather than using clams I used shrimp instead. Given I didn't have the 'clam broth' I used chicken broth and just added the shrimp at the end. It had a wonderful smokey flavor from the bacon. The only thing I might do next time is make a roux after I've sauteed the veggies so it's a bit thicker....
