About Me
I love to cook! I have led a career in Law Enforcement for over 25 years. My shift gave me the position of the cook. I bring my shift all sorts of healthy tasty meals. My husband tells me all the time that I belong on food network and have my own show. Recently forced into retirement with a 45% reduction in income has me using food pantries as my basic food source so I adopted the "Chopped" way to cook. Lets see whats in my basket and so far managed to make some scumptious foods.
