"Way too salty, next time I will salt the meat lightly forst then omit the salt from the breding recipe AND read the reviews before I try a recipe"
"This was by far one of our favs now. I made a thin sausage patty because I found the crumbles easily fell off. Thats the only thing I changed. 2 thumbs up Bobby!""
"This recipe rocks! I didn't have chicken livers on hand so I omitted them & I used a box of stuffing in the food processor for the breading as I didn't have Panko and the chicken came out moist and scruptious. All of the ingredients came my way from a food bank so I improvised some.""
I love to cook! I have led a career in Law Enforcement for over 25 years. My shift gave me the position of the cook. I bring my shift all sorts of healthy tasty meals. My husband tells me all the time that I belong on food network and have my own show. Recently forced into retirement with a 45% reduction in income has me using food pantries as my basic food source so I adopted the "Chopped" way to cook. Lets see whats in my basket and so far managed to make some scumptious foods.
Veiner Schnitzle is my fav. & my favorite restaurant is MY KITCHEN!
