Reviewed Lemon Rice and Eggplant-Chick Pea Curry

Dec 26, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Not My Favorite....... I love curry and this fell short for me. The rice, which sounded so fascinating, was not...just slightly flavored nice golden color. The curry was a bit drab too. I had a packet of 6 chicken thighs and regular turkey sausage, so I added a couple of chopped hot peppers with the sausage and cut back on the beans. I keep packages of precooked beans in the freezer, because I have trouble fin"

This is now a family favorite. I usually tinker a lot with recipes, but this one needs no changes. Excellent and different. (I do shop at a real Asian market)"
