"35 minutes is way to long for the nuts....burned mine at 27 minutes:-( still going to serve them cause I am curious what people will think of the combo. I agree with another...no need for the bacon grease. The sweet flavor is barely noticeable. I"ll try again with a closer eye on the nuts and perhaps a bit more sugar in the egg white."
