Reviewed Fresh Pea Soup

"I am a huge fan of Ina, but this soup is not up to her usual standard. It's OK - but I won't make it again. I like unusual dishes, but this one didn't appeal to me.

Reviewed Nutty Sweet Potato Soup

"This is one of my most favorite recipes. I do cut the cayenne back to about 1/8 teaspoon. Be sure to use Natural peanut butter (the kind you stir before using, and I am generous with the sweet potatoes. Also, I use homemade chicken broth which I am sure enhances the outcome. An immersion blender makes this soup very easy. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
