Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread
"the banana bread was absolutely delicious. very moist and flavorful. i used a pyrex glass loaf pan and the bottom crust burned a little not sure if i sould do it in a water bath next time. if anyone has a suggestion please help. also made sure the oven was at 350 degrees with an oven thermometer.
