The ribs and the polenta were both wonderful, But together were too rich for my family. Will try the leftover ribs with pasta tonight and think it will be perfect. Make sure you stir the polenta at least 3 times an hour or it may scorch on the edges. I will make the polenta again, but serve it with a less fatty sauce. All in all flavor for both d...
