Reviewed Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Maple Cinnamon Sage Brown Butter
"I didn't read reviews prior to making this dish, or I would have drained the ricotta. I found these to be doughy and a bit mushy, but the taste was great and they were a hit at Thanksgiving. These are a bit heavy, so you only need a few per serving. I will definately make again.
Reviewed Best Ever Green Bean Casserole
"This recipe was such a hit for Thanksgiving. I made a couple changes though. I fried the onions after I dpped in a egg wash then the panko crumbs. I omitted the nutmeg and increased the garlic to 3 cloves. Excellent, easy and will make this again.
