"Great crust, but there was a problem. As I added the ice water to the hard butter and lard and flour mix, it didn't form a ball. I kept on adding more and more and it wasn't forming a ball so I had to stop it and gather the stuff up. Is this me or is out the cuisine art I used. I have one of the latest ones, the bowl is shaped concave, I wondered "
