Loved the salad, but as other reviewers said: TOO MUCH SALT!!! I used a pinch of salt for the garlic paste and used 1/2 a teaspoon of salt in the dressing and it turned out fine, but I'll probably reduce the salt to a pinch for the garlic and 1/4 teaspoon for the dressing next time.
