Very simple and a great basic recipe to know. It's so flexible. I didn't follow quanities, I did it by eye. The instructions were great. Used chicken stock, a lot of garlic (which didn't actually make it offensively garlicky because it was cooked in oil, then in broth) and lemon instead of vinegar.
