Made the seasoning and the marinade. It was delicious!!! Didn't have all the ingredients for the sauce so I used a bottle. I used red wine vinegar instead of cider. Cider has a more pungent flavor so as a previous comment suggested, I would probably cut that in half if I didn't have the red wine vinegar. Hubby loved it. New family fave. "
