Reviewed Stuffed Pork Chops

"Made this last night in a microhearth cooker & it was FABULOUS! Instead of pork chops I used butterflied pork tenderloin & instead of the prunes, I used TJ's dried cranberry/pomegranate mix & bumped up spicing with dehydrated lemon peel & fresh thyme. I brushed a tiny bit of lemon olive oil unto microhearth pan which browned it very nicely, then added the chicken stock, splash of vermouth & added my side, brussel sprouts into the pool. With simple pureed squash (salt, pepper, nutmeg) was very healthy but yummy - thought I'd have a little left-over but was served to a picky foodie & it disappeared! OK, not 5 ingredients, but still close.
