This recipe is perfect! I substituted about 1-1/2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning for the fresh herbs and chicken broth for the wine. It is the best turkey breast I have ever had! I often cook one and slice for lunch meat in place of high salt, processed luncheon meat. I think the key is to measure the temperature and don't overcook past 165 "
