Reviewed Mexican Chicken Soup

"This was the best mexican chicken soup I have had!! I cut the recipe in half because it was just for me and my husband but there was plenty and flavors were awesome. I am not a fan of coriander so I ommited that and only had to use 1 jalapeno with the seeds to get the hotness. It was soo good, better than in any restaurant! you must try this recip""

Reviewed Almost-Famous Cheesecake Pancakes

"Just received my foodnetwork magazine and the mail today and this receipe was on the front cover and the picture of the pankcakes with the strawberries on top made my mouth water so i decided to run out to the store and buy the ingredients to try it out!! These pancakes were out of this world!!!!!!!!! They were so easy to make and were a hit for our Sunday Morning breakfast. The fresh buttermilk pankcake mix with the chunks of cheesecake and strawberries were a perfect mix and every bite was heavenly. I made this batch for just my husband and I, so we had alot of batter left over, but if you have a bigger family to feed, this recipe makes a good amount of pancakes. 2 thumbs up all the way!"

Reviewed Basil Chicken Hash

"I thought this recipe was awesome!! I didnt change any of the ingredients and followed it exactly the way she has it. I just used chicken breasts that didnt have the skin, and it didnt dry out at all. My husband really liked it and said he could see why it was one of Truman Capote's favorite meals! I served it with a garden salad and fresh garlic bread. It also serves alot of people for dinner which is a good thing if you have a big family. Definitely will make again.

Reviewed Chicken Cacciatore

"Loved this dish, so simple to make and so gooood! It was my first time trying it and the ingredients were very easy to use/straight forward and didnt take much time to prep. The only thing I didnt use was the capers. Never really have eaten those, and it didnt seem to make a big difference for my family. My husband loved it and told me how fresh it tasted. I topped the meal off with the fresh basil and finely grated parmasean cheese, served with garlic bread on a thing baguette and garden salad with ranch dressing. This dish also feeds alot of people, so it is great for a get together or left overs for the next day.
