"Tonight was my first night making Pizza. The dough took a bit longer to knead in my mixer, and it took me a bit to get the technique down of making the pizza. I definitely need to practice a lot. I give this 5 stars, because I was quite worried things were going down hill fast when I started working my dough into pizzas this evening. I finally got them in the oven on the pizza stone, and when they came out, the pizza tasted amazing. Everybody loved it. I can't wait to try it again.
