I make this the day before to let the flavors develop. I also add whatever other fresh herbs I have on hand - tarragon, cilantro, thyme, etc. This christmas I am going to dice up some red and green peppers very finely and sprinkle on the top as decoration. I also use mini christmas shape cutters to cut out shapes from tortillas and bake briefly...
