Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I used to be a hater til I tried this. It is awesome. When roasted these babies are sweet and even the grandkids love them. To speed cooking I like to cut my sprouts in half. Also I have found that they cook up equally well in a fry pan on the cooktop. Just don't turn the temperature too high and make sure you stir them so they don't burn. O"
