Reviewed salmon with brown sugar and mustard glaze

Made this for dinner tonight. Went exactly by the recipe. I am not a huge salmon fan but my wife and daughter like it so I cook it every once in a while. This was the best salmon (short of smoked salmon)that I have had. Definitely a keeper. Plus it was very easy to make.

I made this for Thanksgiving. We had a 23 lbs turkey because we were expecting 20 - 25 people. As it turned out only 15 showed up. The only leftover was a slice of breast.
