Reviewed Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts with Tomato and Basil and Potatoes with Peppers and Onions

"Awful, just awful... I was looking for a an easy 30 minute recipe... First this states 12 min when the instructs say 22 min. for the potatoes to cook. Second it has taken between cook time and prep time about 1.5 hours to make. Pealing the stupid garlic consumed alot of time. Third more oil was needed for the pan as the cheese itself burned at meduim-high heat. Fourth you needed to first soak the chicken, dry the chicken coat it with egg then apply the cheese so the cheese would stick. I am completely and utterly disappointed and wonder if I will use another one of her recipes.
