"These granola bars are terrific. Very simple recipe. Do not try to skip toasting the granola, this is key to a deep toasty flavor. I added coconut and cinnamon to give a little twist. Definitely let them cool a bit, but cut before they completely harden. Don't worry that they seem like they will fall apart, they will harden and stick together"
