Who knew such simaple ingredients would be so good. I also omitted the red pepper and substituted canned, diced tomatoes. This is a quick recipe that can be put together at the last minute. This is also GREAT as a taco condiment!"

This was so easy and very tasty. My husband is not a brie eater but he was the one who loved this. I had no problem with the 500 degree oven, I baked it as directed and it turned out perfectly.
