I made this recipe because it looked just like a recipe I tried at an Italian restaurant, just that they cut the zucchini in long strips and they were super tasty. This recipe is OK, but when I crave them I just buy them because they are just not the same. "

My product was very yellow. I made this last week and half of it is still sitting in the kitchen. When something is very good it tends to only last a couple of days... I followed the recipe and it came out very dry. I love almond paste, and I was hoping this would be a keeper, but for me it won't be unless I find some way to make if more moist."

Great flavors! It's super simple and tastes fresh. The almond slices add texture - both the salmon and pastry are very soft.
