U r on point with thyme and mushrooms and the smoky mozzarella goes so well with the mushrooms i don't think it would taste nearly as fantastic with regular mozzarella it needs the smokiness, this is amazing i will do it again and some more i am obsessed now thanks giada love u

"I made this yesterday to eat today for Thanksgiving it was amazing i added vanilla to enhance the flavors and also a half cup of sugar. i also put it in a water bath to prevent from cracking it turned out gorgeous and delish!! my family didn't even look at my sisters pumpkin pie!!! i think u are a great pastry chef but please stop the giggling every 5 seconds i cant handle it!!! loved this recipe will do it again and again and again
