Reviewed Simply Delicious Strawberry Cake

"This is the best cakes i've ever made.. it was so moist and the flavor was really awesome!! However the recipe called for way to much frosting I had half of it left.. I also used fresh strawberries for the cake (and when I pureed them added about a 1/4 cup or more of sugar) and used frozen for the frosting to make it sweet.

Reviewed BBQ Turkey Sliders

"The potato rolls are what makes this dish unique it gives it such a full flavor! I used ground beef rather than ground turkey but I bet the turkey taste just as well minus the calories!! This was fun to prepare and a hit with the guests for my super bowl party!

Reviewed Sweet Potato Fritters

"These are a great finger food or appetizer for entertaining guest, I also made them on Super bowl Sunday and will make them again for other events. You want to make sure that you do keep the temperature at 365 (use a thermometer to be most accurate). One other tip I would suggest is making them smaller than a heaping TBSP. I did that and the inside was a bit mushy but still good.. I just know I prefer them a little less dense. Definitely a unique and great recipe!

Reviewed Parmesan-Seared Chicken with Tangy Tomato Dipping Sauce and Twice-Baked Potatoes with Cheddar and Bacon

"Okay so the prep was easy however the cheese burnt quickly so I think it is best to freshly grate your cheese. We also substituted the baked potato for making mashed sweet potato; sweetened up a little with cinnamon and maple syrup. You want to make sure the chicken is thin and not to thick or it will burn on you before cooking through to the center. Overall it was great just need to make a few corrections and it'll be even better! I guess baking the chicken wouldnt be a bad idea opposed to frying it on the stove with evoo

Reviewed Penne in Almond Sauce

"This is a unique dish and must be served to non picky eaters. I would suggest really finely chopping the almonds or it gives the dish an odd texture. I left the peas out as well but mushrooms would be a great suggestion to add in.

Reviewed Frozen Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches

"Nothing beats the combination of chocolate, peanut butter and banana! So as a peanut butter fanatic I used pb cup ice cream and pb cookies. The semi sweet chocolate topping is rich so use a small amount or just use milk chocolate. The banana and toffee just absolutely ties the dessert together. Freeze for at least 3 hrs and enjoy!!
