"I was hankering for Skyline chili but had never made it. This was just what I was looking for. The spices were nicely mixed, and I did not find an overwhelming "gingerbread" smell, though it is very different from Texas-style chili. We served it over the spaghetti and then used the leftovers for chili-dogs. My husband said "the best chili dogs I've ever tasted." I can't make any comparisons to "real" Cincinnati chili, but I loved the mixture of spices."
