Reviewed Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

"Made it gluten-free with crushed corn chex instead of graham crackers. It was a hit with my gluten sensitive relatives. I used frozen blueberries and tossed them with 1 Tbl. tapioca flour put on crust before adding cheese filling. Great, not too sweet."

"My family loved it! Based on reviewers responses I added a bit more flour and added some potatoes during the last 30 minutes of cooking. The potatoes helped thicken the sauce. I lightened the biscuits by using yogurt in place of the sour cream. They soaked up the gravy just fine!""

Reviewed Wicked Cupcakes

"I confess I used a box cake for the cupcakes,not quite the same but quicker! But used the frosting and decorating ideas! The cake as a hat was a bit too rough so I used a Hersheys kiss for that!. I was able to stretch the frosting by not cutting out the inside so I could frost 24 cupcakes! The frosting was delicious!""

Reviewed Beef Brisket

"First time making beef brisket, a nice step up from pot roast! Followed the recipe pretty close, only 2 onions though. I used fire roasted tomatoes, which added extra flavor to the sauce. Since I have leftovers I will serve with potatoes for the next meal.
