Reviewed Sausage Phyllo Rolls
"These were tasty little rolls! I have to say that I thought working with phyllo dough was a total pain in the butt! I destroyed several sheets in the process and the rolls most definitely did not come out looking like egg rolls. But this is most likely because I'm a total novice in the kitchen and have never worked with phyllo before!! :)
Reviewed Turkey Meatloaf
"Best meatloaf I've ever had!!! I also used Alton Brown's glaze with this and it was delicious. I made two separate loafs, one for now and put the other in the freezer. SOOOO GOOD! I baked it in the oven @ 325 for closer to two hours. Came out perfect. I have my new "go-to" recipe for meatloaf!
