This recipe is full of flavor, not to mention it's loaded with veggies. I was surprised to read that some reviewers increased the quantity of vegetable stock. I used closer to 4 cups instead of the prescribed 6 and I found that I was still ladling liquid out of the pot. Perhaps I put in too much to start with instead of 2 cups at a time to let...
