Reviewed Spicy Chicken Tenders with Honey-Mustard

"We love these chicken tenders! I have made them several times but instead of just cornmeal on the crust, I use a combo of cornmeal and panko. It makes the crust better and crispier. Other than that, I stick to the recipe and they aren't too spicy. It does sometimes take a little longer than 17 minutes if you want them crispy, but not too much longer. They are delicious!
