"Delicious. Moist and yummy. Sort of custard like. I baked 24 standard cupcakes and filled the cups about 5/6 of the way and they rose just enough. I baked them for 18 minutes.

"I ended up throwing it out. I thought a teaspoon of salt seemed like a lot to put in but I love Ina's recipes so I went with it. Not good, I couldn't even eat it and ended trowing the whole thing away. And the lemon and orange zest were a bit much as well. Too tangy and too much extra liquid. A quarter teaspoon of salt would be just fine and I would cut the citrus amounts in half.
