Delicious. Moist and yummy. Sort of custard like. I baked 24 standard cupcakes and filled the cups about 5/6 of the way and they rose just enough. I baked them for 18 minutes.

I ended up throwing it out. I thought a teaspoon of salt seemed like a lot to put in but I love Ina's recipes so I went with it. I used organic cream of mushroom and skinless chicken thighs and this was SO good. Served it over rice pilaf. Will definitely make it again when I need something easy.
