The best!! I make this every year the night before Christmas and for other special occasions. I also make a pureed berry sauce to serve along with it...delicious! I also lighten it up a bit (as best as you can) with fat free 1/2 and 1/2.

Way too salty....I made the mistake of following the recipe and adding salt while it boiled. Next time I would just hold off on adding any salt until after it is blended.
