Everybody loved it ---everybody, including the fussiest of eaters! Took Nancy's advice and made it for Christmas dinner, since it was so easy to prepare, and didn't take much time. This was the best turkey I ever tasted. We started with a free-range "organic" turkey, fresh from the farm.
