"As my southern friend says this "makes you want to slap your mamma"! Made exactly to the recipe, and is absolutely fabulous. just waiting for the baked potatoes to finish. You definitely need kosher salt, not table salt. I buy a big box and keep in a covered pinching dish handy, and thats all I cook with unless I'm baking. It is not a big investment and worth every penny. I found the roast at Fresh Market, and the butcher cut and tied it for me. It looks just like Ina's. A little fat is necessary, similar to a prime rib."
I am a busy mom, a HS sophomore and FSU freshman, wife, and work full time as an RN. I love to cook and cook most every evening. Since I'm not home til 5-5:30, we sometimes eat late. My family are my best critics and I look often to food network for healthy recipes.
